Wavertree CLP respond to accusations of bullying

February 10, 2019

by Martin Odoni

Labour’s constituency party in Liverpool Wavertree has come under heavy fire this week for their entirely correct Motion of No Confidence in their unwanted Member of Parliament, Luciana Berger. The Motion, sadly predictably, is being used as fresh fuel for the largely fictitious ‘anti-Semitism-in-the-Labour-Party’ hysteria in the national press. This is even though the Motion does not make any reference whatever to Berger’s Jewish identity, is no different in tone or message to other MONCs issued by constituency parties against non-Jewish Labour MPs, and the Chair of the Wavertree constituency party is Jewish himself.

The Constituency has issued a statement refuting accusations of ‘bullying’ Berger. As we can be quite confident that the mainstream media will ignore, or at least bury, the statement, it needs to be shared on social media.

I have uploaded an image of CLP’s statement below. Please share it far and wide.

  1. Terry Kelly Says:

She is Mendacious and has no loyalty to the Labour Party. She is acting with others to prevent Corbyn winning, the State of Israel is terrified of a Corbyn victory.
